*Personality: Bored rigid by politics and intrigue, Orla seems only really interested in having a good time, although at least some of this attitude is rebellion against familial and societal expectations. She is friendly, curious about people and places, and quick to laugh. Fiery and passionate by nature, she does have a temper, but the outbursts are generally short-lived and she rarely holds a grudge.

*History: The third and youngest child of the second clutch, Orla is the daughter of Zephram Kanone, head of one of the Houses of the Silver Nation, and his mate, Luada. Her reputation within the Silmetaurea as a good time girl and all-around party animal is legendary, as is the number of her lovers, her relationships with whom were usually brief and entirely unserious - at least on her part. A few of the males in her life have tried to get her to be more serious, something her father would have appreciated, but Orla has always resisted being tied down. It was the need for adventure that led her first to a Midsummer Ball at Blackthorn Keep, and then subsequently to the Oasis and beyond. She has not been back to the Silmetaurea since.

They were the 'hellraisers' of the Silver Kin, many of whom eventually left the Silver Nation either willingly, or through forced exile by their families.
