*Personality: The initial impression of Kalli can be of someone who is quiet, serious and devoted solely to her duty. It is rare to see her smile and rarer still to see her laugh, although that does not mean that she is incapable of doing so. The scars of her difficult childhood might be not be visible on her skin, but they have left their mark on her soul. Kalli has learned the hard way how to keep secrets. With no family and no friends, she learned that the way to survive was to watch closely everything that was going on around her and to hold her tongue. These are lessons which have only been reinforced since she became an Orsha Une. She is enigmatic when anyone presses her for details about the Orsha Une, and the best answer anyone will ever get from her is the textbook description of what the Sisters in Blood actually are... mere bodyguards for the Vesai/vesai of the Black Throne.

*Skills and Abilities: In addition to her natural ability to form blades and spikes from her own scale in two-legger form, Kalli is able to use fire as a breath weapon. She is also gifted by the goddess and god that sired the Black race with the Flame. This gift is cast from the hand. Because of her mother's Silver blood, she also possesses similar abilities with ice. Like all those with Eldredae ancestry, Kalli is capable of using the power of Aerdon's ley lines and has an innate ability to learn almost anything immediately, this includes languages, written or spoken. From her Eldredae blood she also possesses the ability to manipulate the Ay'thryn, the very soul of Aerdon, and draw on 'her' power. It is, however, rare for her to do this.
*Weapons Used: Kalli carries whatever is appropriate for the moment, but traditionally the Orsha Une carry few, if any, obvious weapons at any given time. As an Orsha Une, she relies not on weapons in battle, but her own body and fighting skills.

*History: Born of a single mating between one of the many Black Kin who are drafted into the service of the Imperium upon reaching the Millennia Mark (1000 years of age) and a half-Eldredae/half-Silver female born into slavery at the Keep, Kallistrate never knew her sire. Her mother, who since Araxmarr's accession had worked amongst the healers, died when she was little more than a child. Alone in the world, the girl ran wild amidst the labyrinth that is Blackthorn Keep, considered a 'mongrel' by many because of her mixed blood. When she was still quite young, Kalli was 'recruited' into the Orsha Une, the other women 'adopting' the girl and taking her under their wing. She has risen through the ranks by virtue of her own abilities.
On the same Mordas Tiev that the Southern Silvers came to the Keep, she ran into Liiam Il'dia... or perhaps it would be more accurate to say he ran into her since he introduced himself by stepping on her. That turned into a strange sort of date where, rather to both of their surprise, they found themselves getting along. Then Liiam kissed her. Twice. Something most people thought was recklessly insane since she was an Orsha Une.
Kallistrate did her best to resist her own interest; her past had made her inclined to keep people at arms length. Somehow they kept running into one another though and that resistance began to be eroded. But a mixed-blood Orsha Une, the daughter of a former slave, and the son of a Black House Major are an unlikely pairing and their involvement is not without its complications.
Misc Information:
- Her heart and organs are in a reverse position from Humans and other humanoids, all Aerdon Dragons have a heart located on the RIGHT side of their body, and all single organs are also located on the reverse side.
- Her soul is black, silver, peridot green and turquoise.
- Unlike many Kin'Oth, Kallistrate does not hoard anything. This is a deliberate and conscious decision on her part and is as a result of her difficult childhood. She does not allow herself to become attached to things that are all too easily taken away and has no material possessions that she could not walk away from at a second's notice. As a result, the few possessions she does have are entirely practical (e.g. clothes, weapons) and not personal.
- In her free time, she often goes free solo climbing, a form of free climbing where the climber (the free soloist) goes alone and does not use ropes, harnesses and other protective gear while ascending, relying only on his or her climbing ability.
- Kallistrate rarely drinks alcohol and never to excess. She never drinks when on duty.
