*Personality: The meaning of her name is considered ironic by most of those who know her for Edana’s temperament is far from fiery. Her twin sister, Tullia, whose name means peaceful is the more boisterous one of the two, always a cause for concern for her gentler sibling.

*Skills and Abilities: Like many Aarataureans, her magical abilities are elemental in nature. Edana is especially skilled in the control of air and the winds which is a family ability. Her composure, tact and commonsense have also led to her being recognised as a skilled diplomat and ambassador.

*History: A member of the high-ranking Windsinger family, Edana married Tressach Aicasse, one of the senior Generals in the Royal Army, as part of a political alliance between their families. Fortunately for them both, the union was a happy one and resulted in one son, Oran. However, whilst Edana was away on diplomatic business, Tressach was killed during an assassination attempt upon his King, and Edana’s uncle, Jared Windsinger.
