*History: Born in the jungles of the Verlan on the Western Continent of Elemmiire, Brishen is the third daughter, and youngest child of the second litter, of Rana (Queen) Mehri Zečv Sha’an and a Shakti, or Princess, of her tribe, the Ashalla. On a journey to a remote area of the jungle, she was captured by slavers and eventually made her way into the hands of the Mayor of Rumleigh on Cath’Eska. Considered to be dangerous, she was collared to prevent her shapeshifting and frequently caged. This was torture to a Chayatim, who as a race do not deal well with being confined. Upon the Mayor’s death, Brishen escaped into the Kelvarian jungle suffering from partial amnesia where she lived a feral existence before being found by Jax K’Tral who took her to the leopard village. There she met Brizon who became her lover and helped her to find answers to the questions about her past. He helped her to return to Elemmiire and stayed with her for a time before returning to CathEska. They parted as friends.
