*Personality: Aisling takes after her mother in being a bit of a 'wild child'. She is adventurous and inquisitive, ever curious about the world around her, and reluctant to accept any sort of restriction. Her temper can be quick, but it will usually die down as quickly as it flared; she does not usually hold a grudge. There are hidden depths, though, beneath the sunny exterior she generally presents to the world. She is aware that her necromancy is not always viewed with favour by the world at large and has a tendency to conceal this ability from those she does not know well. This ability leaves her with one foot in shadow and one in sunshine.

*Skills and Abilities: Aisling has been brought up as befits a Lady of the Aarataure. She has been educated in subjects such as art, literature, history and etiquette. Like many Aarataureans, her magic is elemental in nature and is inclined towards air magics, being a Storm Raiser. This means that, amongst other things, she has the ability to manipulate the air and weather systems, the ability to create breezes or winds, the ability to cause storms and the ability to levitate or fly by making herself lighter than air. She has also inherited her father's ability with necromancy. These include the ability to reanimate dead material (mostly leaves and twigs at present, but theoretically corpses too), the ability to see spirits and the souls of the deceased and to hear their voices, the ability to summon and banish the dead and/or the undead, the ability to radiate wyrdlight (a pale eerie glow) and to project an unworldly aura that can spook animals and other creatures. However, as these abilities have never been fully tested, others may also develop as she grows older.

*History: The daughter of Tullia Windsinger and Odin Muldoon, Aisling was born in Ostohelyanwe - the City of Rainbows, and she spent most of her early life there. When she was four years old her father went away to investigate the truth about his origins and he disappeared. He did not reappear until Aisling was thirteen years old (Risen from the Dead) when they began the process of rebuilding their relationship. At the age of twenty, she began studying at the Academy in Ostohelyanwe.
Misc Information:
- Aisling's soul is amethyst in colour and in its ground state will often appear to be a mist in form. At the heart of this burns a flame that is the core of the individual's soul.
- Like all Aarataureans, Aisling's native spoken dialect is a musical tongue, not dissimilar in sound to Terran Irish, and this is reflected in her accent when speaking Common or other languages.
- As per Aarataurean custom, when she was born Aisling was given a gemstone. In her case this was a Night Amethyst, a deep purple precious stone from Elemmiire. She will be given another one on every birthday up to and including her twenty-first year, at which point they will be made into a necklace - her 'birthstone necklace'.
- Her race on her father's side is unknown. Odin was believed to be the son of Reran Muldoon and thus Vallachian Human. Shortly before her birth, this was discovered to be untrue as Odin was, in fact, adopted. His exact origin remains a mystery and thus so does Aisling's paternal bloodline.
