*Skills and Abilities: Aeveen has been brought up as befits a Lady of the Aarataure. She has been educated in subjects such as art, music, dance, literature, history and etiquette. Like many Aarataureans, her magic is elemental in nature and is inclined towards water magics with which she can call water up from the ground to form a natural spring or stream, and manipulate water. She is also gifted with a talent for divination including aquamancy (Water, especially in the burbling of streams, speaks worlds to those who know how to listen) and Water Gazing (divination by concentrating on a featureless, clear pool, well, or puddle, until scenes from the future become apparent). She also has some skill for Crystal Gazing (similar to Water Gazing but using a crystal ball or other glass/mirrored item). *History: Aeveen was born in Ostohelyanwe to Fintan and Grian Haetira. She is the twin sister of Taryn Haetira. When the Ingralean exchange group came to Ostohelyanwe, she found herself drawn to one of the Shadow Guard accompanying them: Cinlaar Icewalker, better known as Frosty (The Alchemist's Diary). He proposed on a visit to his family home of Frost Manor on Ingraleis (Healing Waters) and, after a six month engagement, they were married in the gardens of Haetira House in Ostohelyanwe in the company of family and friends (The Disappearing Isle). They bonded on their wedding night.
Misc Information:
- Aeveen’s soul is periwinkle blue in colour and in its ground state will often appear to be a mist in form. At the heart of this burns a flame that is the core of the individual’s soul.
- Like all Aarataureans, Aeveen’s native spoken dialect is a musical tongue, not dissimilar in sound to Terran Irish, and this is reflected in his accent when speaking Common or other languages.
- One of Aeveen's most treasured possessions is a necklace of lanniondono, clear blue gemstones native to Elemmiire, in a shade of periwinkle blue, the stones of which were given her one at a time on every birth day since the day she was born. As per Aarataurean custom, she received the last of these on her 21st birthday, at which time they were made into a necklace for her to wear.
- Aeveen was born on 4th of Ngetal (31st October). This makes her a Reed according to the Aarataurean zodiac.
- Aeveen and Frosty's wedding anniversary is at the beginning of the first week of Duir (Jun 10th - 16th), the day before her twin brother Taryn's marriage to Risabelle Starcatcher.
